Australian Education Union (AEU)
Covers all education workers who work directly with students in public preschools, primary schools, high schools and colleges as well as teachers in the TAFE sector (Canberra Institute of Technology).

Australian Federal Police Association (AFPA)
Represents members of the AFP

Australian Meat Industry Employees Union (AMIEU)
Covers employees such as butchers and meat processors in abattoirs and the retail sector.

Australian Manufacturing and Printing Workers Union (AMWU)
Covers employees in the metal trades, printing, automotive, technicians, engineers and process workers.

Australian Nursing Federation (ANF)
Covers nurses and some other health professionals in the private and public sectors.

Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers Australia (APESMA)
The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers Australia (APESMA) is the largest national non-profit organisation representing professional employees, being: engineers, scientists, managers, architects, IT professionals, pharmacists, veterinarians, surveyors and collieries staff, in both the private and public sector.

Australian Salaried Medical Officers Federation (ASMOF)
Covers salaried medical officers in the public sector.

Australian Services Union (ASU)
Covers non-government workers in social and welfare services, and clerical workers in the community sector.

Australian Worker's Union
The AWU represents hairdressers, railway workers, miners, paper millers, fisherman, farmers and steelworkers to name a few.

Communication, Electrical, Plumbing Union (CEPU)
Covers public and private sector plumbers, electricians, and communication employees in Telstra.

Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU)
Covers the majority of employees in the building and construction industry - both private and public sectors - and civil works.

Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU)
Covers a wide-range of employees in the public sector, both federal and ACT.

Finance Sector Union
Covers finance sector workers.

Health Services Union (HSU)
Covers administrative and general employees in the university sector, workers in the public and private health industry including nurses, administrative, general and technical officers; as well as Totalcare employees such as laundry and sterilisation.

Independent Education Union (IEU)
Cover teachers in the private school sector.

Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Workers Union (LHMU)

Maritime Union of Australia (MUA)
Covers maritime workers.
