Help fight back against the ABCC's unfair personal fines.

In 2018 local CFMEU officials Jason, Zach and Josh participated in a peaceful picket to try and stop wage theft on an ACT construction site. Instead of investigating the wage theft to recover unpaid wages and allowances for the workers, the ABCC prosecuted the union, together with Jason, Zach and Josh.

Jason, Zach and Josh now have to pay $33,600 in personal fines to the ABCC before September 22nd 2020. Help them to pay these unfair fines and show the ABCC that standing up for workers rights should not be penalised!

Can you chip in to help Jason, Zach and Josh to pay these unfair fines and fight these unjust laws?
