We have received funding from the Department of Home Affairs to provide information and non-legal advice to workers holding a temporary visa or a student visa on their rights as an employee in Australia. Our advice is free and completely confidential. If you need legal advice, we can refer you to a free legal service for migrants. We also provide information for employers of temporary migrant workers on their obligations and how to avoid attracting serious penalties by providing a fair workplace.
