UnionsACT does not offer goods or services in the EU, nor do we monitor or collect data on people in the EU. European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements mirror many requirements of Australia’s Privacy Act 1988. All of the services used by UnionsACT to store data on users and customers are GDPR compliant.
