1800Respect is the National Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Counselling Service that provides free 24/7 support to those impacted by sexual violence
Responding in the workplace
Incidents of sexual assault or suspected sexual assault must be reported to WorkSafe ACT, further information can be found on WorkSafe ACT’s website
Employer’s have a positive duty under the Sex Discrimination Act to eliminate as far as possible sexual harassment. Further information and resources on the positive duty can be found on the Australian Human Rights Commission website
